The Career Guidance Company brand was founded in 2011 by Zakiyya Essa, a qualified, registered Psychologist, Career Guidance Practitioner and Lecturer who graduated with a Master's degree from Wits University. She has a vibrant work history in the corporate space, business management, academia, social services and private practice.
